called beforehand and all their broths are gluten free with gluten free rice noodles for pho. ordered the seafood pho without thinking and it came with imitation crab. I picked it out but still ate it. hopefully won't get sick... otherwise sooooo goooooood!

edit* I've been back many times now and never get sick.
