Pho Van

Feb 04, 2024. Ate here with a group of friends after visiting the Strip District. I had a delicious GF meal consisting of a cucumber garlic salad and a large bowl of spicy beef pho. Our server was very knowledgeable about what items had gluten. She even warned me not to use the hoisin sauce and brought me a new bottle of the rooster sauce (Sriracha). I did not get sick! I would highly recommend this restaurant if you are in the Strip District.

Someone came by right away to point out the gluten-free offerings. They also brought out the smoothie mix for me to read.

Not advertised gf but pho was once we inquired. That was all we were wanting so didn’t ask about any other items.

I stopped in to ask if their pho was gluten free - the server immediately responded confidently that all the pho options were gluten free except the beef meatballs.

I ordered pho with round eye - the server brought out sauce containers labeled "g free" for me with a tamari sauce instead of hoisin sauce.

The pho was really tasty for a cold and rainy day, would go back. I'm not sure if anything else on the menu is available gluten free.

I am fairly sensitive celiac and did not experience any symptoms.
