Good food. Naturally gluten free noodles, but be careful about sides and toppings and always use your best judgment (ie, don't get the meatballs or banh mi). While much of their food is naturally gluten free, the staff don't seem to be particularly knowledgeable about Celiac, so just be aware that you may have to police it yourself somewhat. I get the Number 6 beef and brisket every week and it's always been fine and I'm fairly sensitive to cross-contact. Highly recommend overall.

While I did not ask the waitress or anybody about gluten free item, Pho uses rice noodles (so naturally GF) and there is an option for noodle-less pho as well. Very tasty, quick service, and great for a cold day!
