Pho Viet 2

Not super knowledgeable about celiac, I asked just to make sure there was no gluten in the food I was ordering and the waiter replied there was rice but was unaware of any gluten in the food. The food is really good but there are no gluten free sauces for pho or anything. I wouldn’t trust anything other than the pho and rice dishes.
