Pho Viet Restaurant

Hubby has been looking for a place that understands GF and has vermicelli. Based on the 1 positive review we decided to give this a try. Got very concerned however when the wait staff said everything was gluten free. They have wonton soup, egg noodles etc but still insisted it was all GF. The sauce on the table said wheat in the ingredients right on the back. Needless to say hubby is sick today because he went ahead and risked the vermicelli with no sauce. It is obvious they really have no idea what gluten is....run!

Had the rare beef pho, it was delicious. Server was knowledgeable about gluten. I am highly intolerant but not celiac. I did not get sick. A really pleasant surprise on a cold day.
