Pho Vietnam 3969

Very tasty food. I had a Pho with rice noodles and veggies, and my husband had stir-fry beef with veggies. The waitress was very knowledgeable on the ingredients of every dish and confirmed that the Pho is completely gluten-free. The stir-fry was not gluten free because of the sauce. Their menu is quite extensive and the staff are very pleasant. If I lived closer, I would make this place a regular.

I can only give them a 3/5 on a safety rating because it is not dedicated gluten-free facility.
