Review of Phobu

The staff has no knowledge about what’s gluten. But I read an article from a celiac chef recommending gluten free spots in Bergen county NJ and this was on list. So I had their spring rolls and pho noodle soup. All I mentioned was rice noodle and can’t have any soy sauce or bread. Totally nervous but no reaction after meal. #score
