Amazing Pho, all GF. The broth is made by cooking the bones for 24 hours. Spring rolls are the only safe appetizers but not the peanut sauce, a great substitute they offer is the fish sauce (yummy and kinda sweet). Sadly they do not have GF soy sauce but in my opinion (even as a big soy sauce lover) I don’t think you need it at all
