Thai restaurant that was very careful to check each ingredient and preparation of things with chef for a celiac person in our party. Really took all the care, checked ingredients with us, cross checked with chef several times and provided a good set of options (all fish, prawns and octuous, though not chicken, pork or beef options given how they prepare the meat before cooking) Food was good, but the attention to safety once we said it was important is what made us feel very safe!
