Very good dairy free gluten friendly pizza. Gluten free dough is safely handled but it goes in the same oven as the gluten pizza. Not put in a pan, so contamination can happen. I am only gluten sensitive and have never gotten sick.

How would you rate the taste and quality of the gluten-free food you tried?

— Excellent

Could make almost any type of pizza gluten free however we watch them roll out the pizza on the same counter without wiping off the gluten filled flour and since they appeared to either be out or not have any gf flour they rolled our pizzas in regular flour, without asking us if this was fine. We didn’t feel comfortable arguing with them about it and thought maybe we had been mistaken so we ate it anyway. My sister (also celiac) and I got super sick within an hour or two. The worst part was that for the most gluten filled thing I’ve probably eaten in the past 5 years the pizza wasn’t really that amazing. I suggest going somewhere else or if you do go here to watch really carefully when they make your pizza.
