This place appears to be under new owners (Buffalo locations closed). Poor experience with a compete disregard for their once previously strong gluten free awareness. Hopefully this was isolated but tread carefully

very poor service. I got sick the next day, and to be honest the food wasn't very good.

They have dedicated gluten-free ingredients for all toppings. This is probably the most comfortable I’ve felt ordering pizza since celiac diagnosis.

As for the gluten free part, definitely a safe bet. Calling it a great pizza is a different story. It's good but be prepared for the disappointment of watching the normal fluffy crusts come out and then watching your cracker thin crust come out. Sauce is a little bland. But overall a safe and decent bet for a quick pizza. I appreciate their commitment to avoiding cross contamination and offering gf in the first place.

Delicious pizza, with lots of options! Staff took a lot of care to avoid cross-contamination. They not only double checked that the vegan sausage was gf, they went back to get some for my pizza (it wasn’t in the gf section because that area was smaller than the main prep area).

Favorite "fast food" gf wood fire pizza place in Rochester. Staff is knowledgeable about gf needs and location even has a designated gf toppings section to eliminate cross contamination; this includes homemade gf meatballs!

Great food, gf prep area and the options are amazing.

Pi Craft offers gluten-free pizza in a dedicated space. The staff takes extra precaution to ensure there is no cross-contamination by washing hands/changing gloves and the ingredients are specifically used for gluten free pizza. Delicious!!

The crust was fine, the toppings were really fresh and yummy. They have a separate section for gf toppings and food prep staff change their gloves (the pizza is prepared right in front of you). Gf pies are on a pan, but go into an oven with gluten-ful pies. All told, the staff was knowledgeable, the food was fresh and good, and I feel fine.

Wonderful experience! The workers asked when I said I had a gluten allergy if it was celiac right away and were very serious about making sure everything was gluten free. There was a separate station for the gluten free preparation and all the workers washed their hands up to their elbows (they were very clear about making sure everyone did that). One of the best places I've eaten in awhile and will definitely be going again!

Really good pizza, gluten free. Some people seemed to need a little help with the whole GF idea, but they were careful about cross contamination.

Separate GF space to prep food, they ask you whether dietary or celiac so the staff can change gloves. The pizza was very yummy, crispier than most I've tried.

great pizza and the staff go above and beyond to decrease the chance of cross contamination.

Loved my GF pizza at Pi Craft. They have the toppings for GF pizzas in a separate area.
Great place.
Good was excellent and THEY GET IT.
No freak show, sighs or unnecessary complexity.
Big fan of this location and the Buffalo one.
Great job!!

There is a dedicated preparation spot and topping containers for gluten free pizzas.
Cannot guarantee that their food is completely gluten free but they have a gluten free crust and an area to prepare the gluten free pizzas. Choose your sauce, cheese, and toppings, and while you're paying they will put it in the oven and within a few minutes it's done! Very good and very fast!
