Pi Craft Pizza

They were aware of my celiac. They immediately changed gloves and cleaned the pizza stone. My pizza was made on its own pan and separate ingredients were used from those used for regular pizzas. Only possible complaint it that the crust is very thin but still had good flavor

One of my favorites places to get pizza. Relatively safe and they're pretty knowledgeable.

The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. They have a separate prep space for GF pizzas and also have entirely separate toppings they use to mitigate cross contamination. There are two types of GF crust to choose from - regular and cauli :)
