I got the gf bread and spaghetti bologna with gf pasta and it was delicious! We also got the gf chocolate cake to go! Only thing with the bread is that it reminded me of udi gf bread and the crust was coming off but it was still good with the olive oil and butter:)

So happy with gfree meal tonight. Gluten free bread and dinner choices. All pastas could be made gluten free except the lasagna. Our excellent waitress, Becky, kindly explained everything. Even had two gfree desserts.

Celiac friendly!!!! My waitress was able to tell me what was celiac safe, they have GF pasta and bread, and all pasta sauces are GF! They even have a GF dessert menu and brought me a delicious GF birthday cake. I can’t recommend this place more.

AMAZING!! So many options to chose from our server was super knowledgeable about gluten and made excellent recommendations. I got thr pasta Primavera and added sausage. So garlicky and delicious. The bread was very good too. Came out warm and crusty.

From start to finish a truly wonderful dining experience. Not only was our server James, one of the most kind, ​​and personable servers we have ever had, but he was also incredibly knowledgeable about the food. I have severe food allergies, so it is imperative that we can trust our servers and I felt nothing but confidence about James' knowledge of the ingredients in every dish and the menu at large. He suggested the the spaghetti bologna which I substituted the gf penne. It was divine! We had old fashions, mojitos and breads with their delicious homemade oil. The gluten free bread here is to die for! I cannot believe the quality of food and service we got for the price. It was SO reasonable. We have spent far more money elsewhere for a far less satisfying experience. We will return during our next visit

Dined here this week while on vacation in st Pete beach. I had a wonderful meal here and did not get sick. This restaurant seems to understand cross contamination and does their best to avoid it. Our server was knowledgeable and was able to guide me thru the menu and how it would be prepared for GF. I had the frommage appetizer that was served with GF bread, for dinner I had chicken piccata which was grilled and served with GF penne pasta. The pasta was so good! Also had the flourless chocolate cake for dessert. This restaurant is popular, you will need reservations.

Great service and extensive GF options. It's not often you can have bread and dipping sauce with your gluten free pasta. UPDATE: I went for desert and had a delicious Pana Cotta. When I first asked they told me they did not have a gf dessert. You have to ask if they have the pana Cotta and to verify its gf. It's not on the menu, so some of the staff aren't sure it's GF. NOTE: THIS PLACE IS POPULAR. Call for reservations .

My new favorite restaurant! We went here for my birthday, and I had GF bread baked from SCRATCH! It was absolutely delicious, as was the whole pasta meal. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable about Celiac. I felt safe and cared for. Authentic Italian ambiance is nice as well, and Gulfport is a cute little artsy waterfront town to explore.

The staff was very knowledgeable about Celiac and took every precaution they could. The food was excellent! My daughter who has Celiac said it’s the best GF pasta and bread she has had. Our waitress was fantastic and made the whole experience worry-free for my daughter. I can’t praise this place enough!

The whole experience was incredible! I didn’t feel rushed or that I was asking too many questions. Our server was very knowledgeable and answered all of my concerns about the food I wanted to order since I have a dairy allergy while also having celiac. Their GF bread is amazing and if you can’t have cheese (pesto oil dipping sauce), ask for plain olive oil with a side of crushed garlic and salt to dip it in- delicious! I ordered a GF/V chilled carrot apple ginger soup and it was refreshing, sweet and of course tasty! For my entree I ordered their Florida Beef Tenderloin with pancetta roasted potatoes with a side of mixed vegetables. My steak was cooked to perfection which obviously it also tasted amazing and the potatoes/vegetables complemented the dish very well. I would definitely order this exact meal again because it was that good! The setting/ambiance was a site to see with all of the wax candles lit around the restaurant, it gave it a calm and romantic feel to it. Hands down I will visit this place often knowing what GF/DairyFree options they have to offer!!!!

Menu was labeled wonderfully! I started off with a potato soup (labeled GF), and it was very tasty. For my entree I had Spaghetti Pomodora (their gluten free pasta is actually linguini). They can substitute any of their pasta entrees with GF pasta, apart from the lasagna. After my first bite, I was afraid there had been a mistake. It was that delicious! Best gluten free pasta I think I have ever had!

Pia’s is absolutely amazing!! They are very knowledgeable about celiac and take extra precautions when preparing gluten free items. They have a loaf of gluten free bread and my boys (both have celiac) loved it! Their food is some of the best Italian food I’ve ever had.

We are usually nervous to try an Italian restaurant because of all the gluten flying around. I’m so glad we took a chance at Pia’s! My celiac wife had mussels - a huge portion that was cooked perfectly with GF handmade pasta. Wow. Delicious, no cross-contamination, server took Celiac seriously, and the atmosphere is almost magical. We will return and will definitely sit on the patio next time!

We will return. Thoroughly enjoyed my gluten free linguini with mussels. A couple of us ordered the same dish, with and without gluten, and we were all tempted to lick the plates clean. The antipasto plate was impressive. There was prosciutto, salami, Parmesan, pickled veggies, mini caprese salad, bread and bruschetta. The do have gluten free bread and can modify most dishes to accommodate allergies. We also ordered a bottle of the Corvo Pinot noir before ordering our meals. The recommendation was spot on. The patio outside looked lovely. We ate inside but noticed that they did have heaters on as it was 50F the evening of our visit.
