Amazing. I spoke with the MOD and she said more of their menu is gf than not and they can make changes to most of the items (except pizza). She also spoke (without my prompting) about the difficulties of avoiding cross contamination and how seriously they take it. I had the bolonese on gf penne and it was so delicious. I was a little curious/confused when the sauce didn't seem to have any tomato but it was such a fantastic meat sauce. I don't enjoy italian sausage and the meat didn't have those seasonings.
