OH my goodness!!!! Pasta a celiac dreams of. Most of their pastas dishes can be made gluten-free. The noodles were not mushy or to Al dente, they payed a lot of attention to the noodles as they cooked. Also the chicken Alfredo was amazing. The chicken was so tender and well seasoned and the sauce was so good.
