They do have a 10-inch cauliflower crust for an additional $2. The staff wasn’t very knowledgeable. When I asked if it was gluten free, I was told it had cheese and carbs. I was given the ingredients list to read. It was labeled gluten free and didn’t have any ingredients containing gluten. You can add the all-you-can-eat salad bar for $4. I got the Piazza Special. The crust was very thin. The toppings went all the way to the edge, which I like. It was a little greasy and got worse the longer it sat on the pan. I think it tasted very good.
They have a salad bar and they have a gluten free cauliflower pizza crust! Delicious!
