This place goes by Sausalito Gelato and Chocolate. They have REAL Dole Whip like Disneyland. Got it in a cup. Heaven and 100% GF.

The owner has Celiac, so she really takes care to keep the candy safe. There are TONS of options, and they are beautiful with unusual flavors. A little pricey though.
