Review of Pico Taqueria

This place is great if gluten is your only dietary restriction. They take gluten-free requirements seriously; however, I have multiple restrictions including dairy and gluten. While allergens aren’t listed on the menu, the server was very kind and accommodating both times I went and assured me they could do dairy and gluten-free. I had read reviews on this app, so I knew to ask for a taco bowl because corn tortillas might have gluten cross contamination. Both days I went, they even marked my allergies on the receipt in red text for the cooks. The first time I went, I didn’t have any issues and the food was great! I felt confident so I returned the next day. However, there were small amounts of sour cream in the bowl. It looked like they used the same spoon to scoop my food and sour cream. I returned the meal and they were super kind and apologetic and offered to remake it, but I opted for the refund instead.

So, if you have dietary restrictions that extend beyond gluten, I suggest that you ask them to use fresh spoons/scoops for your bowl!
