Staff is very knowledgeable about celiac disease, also know which ones contain glucose syrup for those who react to that as well. Better than mesina there's only about 3 flavours us cealiacs can't have so going here is great cause you have lots of options

When I came here shop was very busy, very popular on this side of Lygon St. Asked staff about cross contamination on premesis, they told me the ice creams all had separate scoops and many of the flavours were gluten free. They did have the decency to give me the disclaimer that there are non GF ice creams and that there "may be" cross contamination. There was someone in the staff who was also coeliac or had an issue with gluten who told me chocolate ice cream was definitely fine. Considering they all had separate scoops and everything seemed clean I decided to go for it. Felt fine afterwards, ice cream was very nice and hope to go again sometime.

Ice cream in a cup. I had the vanilla bean with honey with a bit of comb added on top. OMG. It was the best!
