Review of PIE by the Pound

This is absolutely, unequivocally the best experience I have ever had dining out since being diagnosed with a Celiac disease. I walked into this restaurant with my daughter, having gone hours without food because we were traveling and I had had a very difficult time finding someplace to eat at breakfast, and by the time we finished our morning activities and arrived at Pie, I was ready to pass out. The owner took one look at me, handed me a free gf brownie and bottle of water, had me seated and my pizza order in in less than 30 seconds. He sat and chatted with us, and when we finally paid they sent me off with another free water. The pizza was absolutely delicious (as was the brownie), and I left revived and with gratitude. Thank you- we'll be back!!!
