Review of Pie Five Pizza Co.

When you ask for GF crust, they'll ask if you need it for an allergy or preference. I said allergy, so they changed their gloves (they got gloves out of a drawer, not from the box on the wall) got clean, dedicated dishes from the back, and let their coworkers know that mine was GF allergy. They have dedicated pizza cutters and cutting boards, and they put the GF pizza in a box, not on their dine-in trays that have regular pizza in them. In short, Pie Five in Zionsville and Indy are both careful to avoid CC, though they don't have a separate oven, I've never gotten sick, the pizza is delicious, and I feel really comfortable eating there.
