I am very celiac and have a hard time finding places to eat. Upon request they make their GF pizza in the back with fresh ingredients so there is no contamination. The oven is the same but with it being on a pan they don’t get contaminated. They have their own cutting board and pizza cutter on a separate counter so they’re not mixing. Best pizza I’ve ever had. Definitely should check it out if you are celiac and even those who aren’t fully celiac!
