Delicious gluten free pizza! The crust is nice and crispy. I have eaten at Pie Five several times and I have never gotten sick.

Staff members have been trained in gf preparation. Be sure to remind them to get your sauce from a new pan in the back since the ladle touches the other pizza crusts.
