Review of Pie Five Pizza Co.

Gluten free handling practices are great! The moment I said gluten free, the employee changed his gloves and got out a different tray for the crust. The crust is prepackaged. They used a squirt bottle full of pizza sauce instead of using the bowl of sauce used on regular pizzas. Used separate tools to spread the sauce. The pizza is boxed in a separate area from the other pizzas.

The pizza was good, but not great. The toppings are excellent, but the crust was a little limp.
