Okay, so the pizzas are okay for what they are - they use Smart Flour crusts (same as Mellow Mushroom but smaller), and most of the toppings are gluten-free (meatballs aren't GF). However, I can't recommend this place for anyone on a strict gluten-free diet (i.e. celiacs) because there's so much cross-contamination potential with the other crusts stored in the same area as the GF ones.
If you're not a celiac and can deal with some CC risk, then Pie Five is very, very convenient. Personally, I haven't gotten sick here. I can't say it's 100% celiac friendly, though.
