Review of Pie Five Pizza Co.

I can't comment on the food because I didn't wind up eating there. I walked in and looked at the menu- it said they had a gluten-free crust, but there was nothing that indicated which ingredients were safe. I checked their online menu and saw the disclaimer that specifically said that "Pie Five DOES NOT recommend this pizza for customers with celiac disease or gluten allergies." So I left. Their food might be fantastic but they are clearly not offering a safe dining experience for those of us with medical issues.
