They have a great gluten free crust , in 2 sizes. If you tell them you are celiac they will take extra precautions. I am celiac and have been eating here about 2-3 times per month for several year. Very rarely I have a mild reaction, usually if someone new is working and I didn’t remember to reaffirm that I am celiac. They do put the pizza on a separate tin so it doesn’t touch the pizza oven. They don’t have any GF pasta or dessert. Their salads are okay, you can get chicken on them to make it a meal. They have some great specialty pizzas, and in the summer an outdoor patio. Great place to eat in Gunnison. The crust is soft and chewy , not hard like some GF crusts, very good.
