I'm a bit torn on my review. They were very educated on gluten free, but there was cross contamination flying everywhere. I got the blackened grilled shrimp skewers, rice pilaf and steamed veggies. I did have a reaction. The service was very good, the food was so-so, the price was high. I wouldnt go back.
We ordered garlic fries and a half Dungeness crab for an appetizer, they are both gluten free and they came out fine. Then I ordered a Caesar salad with grilled shrimp gluten free, which on the menu is labeled as can be modified gluten free and it came out with croutons on it. The server wasn't knowledgeable on how to put gluten free into their system either.
While they have a lot of options the food is not great. I got shrimp scampi and the shrimp was chewy and overcooked. Almost like it was frozen and reheated. The potatoes we also bland and the coleslaw was overly drenched in mayo. The service is also something to be desired. We waited forever to order our drinks and wait for them to come. My husband asked for more cocktail sauce for his fried calamari which never came. Basically, the restaurant banks on its location, in a highly visited tourist area, rather than food quality.
