Review of Pier Sushi

5 stars for sure. No gluten free menu but the staff is VERY accommodating and is willing to ask if it’s gluten free if they don’t know at first. They can customize almost anything, and the staff is amazing and super patient. Gluten free soy sauce, sushi, bowls, fried rice. The imitation crab is not gluten free.
