The food is average at best, took way too long and was definitely cross contaminated. If you want pizza, go to blaze or mods
The staff member that I talked to was not super knowledgeable about GF but was very nice (and I probably could have spoken to a manager), and the kitchen is really conscious. I ordered the Mediterranean pizza (which was great!) and although they use the same pizza oven, they put a little tin underneath to keep it from touching. If you’re getting pizza, make sure to order gluten free (not just cauliflower) so that they know to take precautions.
They have gluten free cauliflower crust pizza and salads that can be made gluten free. They are looking into possibly getting gluten free pasta.
They cook the pizza on separate tray, do glove changes, use separate sauces and toppings and verified the pepperoni ingredients with me. Our waiter had severe allergies himself and was very attentive and helped communicate with the chefs. He said he can safely eat here too.
However my son and I did end up having a reaction, I’m not 100% sure if it was a gluten reaction or a bug but it was enough that I wouldn’t bring him back to eat here.
My boyfriend and I are traveling and decided to check out Piesantos for pizza. Because I’m gluten-free, we found this place. They are very accommodating with not only providing cauliflower crust for any type of pizza but they also will dedicate a separate cooking area for gluten-free.
I've read they have a gluten free menu, but when I asked I was told no. I could order something that wasn't breaded and substitute veg for pasta, or get a cauliflower crust pizza. They bake the pizza on its own tray to prevent cross contamination. I ended up getting the BBQ pizza and it was very good, and I did not get sick!
