Review of Piesanos Stone Fired Pizza

Good tasting pizza with a gluten-free crust, but when I ordered an eggplant pizza, it came with eggplant coated in breadcrumbs i didn't notice in te firt sluce because the eggplant was covered in ricotta. Had to send it back. They brag about having a special section dedicated to GF food preparation, but the cooks and waits are uneducated. Thanks for making me sick, Piesanos.
