Celiac friendly

MY FAVORITE PLACE OF ALL TIME.

This is the worst pizza I have ever had... The salad bar looked like it had been sitting out for days. Don't do it. Take your kids. Play some games, but don't waste your money.

Not celiac friendly

They do not have a GF menu or anything in writing. I'm sorry, I've learned too hard too many times to NEVER trust the whole "we'll make you something" promise when they don't even have anything on the menu in the first place. Beware.

Not celiac friendly

Tasted great, but both celiacs got sick. Guessing it’s because of the shared brick oven.

Despite my being strictly gluten-free (I have celiac disease), and my husband being vegetarian, the food was SPECTACULAR -- authentic Italian food. My Chicken Piccata made without flour was so delicious I can't wait to return to Pietro's -- the flavours were so perfect. Wow! SUPERB food if you love genuine Italian cuisine. The chef and the server were very helpful and creative and took great care to ensure that my meal was gluten free, and we will definitely return often!A note about the food that some may want to know:Coming from Europe, I generally find American pasta/pizza dishes disappointing because they are so often sweet, whereas at Pietro's the food tastes to me like food I've eaten in Italy -- not sweet -- so if you like your entree to be sweet you might want to let your server know so that the chef can add sugar for you.
