Went to Pietro’s Pizza with high hopes but was very disappointed. They have a small 10” Gluten Free Crust which was very hard and brittle, ordered the Bartender Special which had very little flavor, it includes fresh sliced tomatoes but only five-slices for eight-slices of pizza which was odd. There is a Salad Bar however no precautions to protect from cross-contamination, there were pasta pieces mixed in with other items so, not suitable for Celiac.
