I have eaten here three times now with no issues. They have a separate oven and separate prep area for making pizzas. The pizza is delicious, quality ingredients make such a difference.

New ownership and a new name, with a dedicated gf oven, so far no issues in three dinning experiences

They have a dedicated GF pizza oven in a separate room along a separate refrigerator for gf toppings only.

This gluten free pizza will knock your socks off. The flour is imported from Italy and it’s honestly better than any GF pizza I had in Italy. The owners wife is GF and has been the influence of the modifications to the process and menu. You will not be disappointed. Plus the wine list is AMAZING.
