Review of Pig & Prince Restaurant and Gastro-Lounge

I ordered a salad, steak with vegetable sides and roasted black garlic sauce, mashed potatoes, and creme brulee for dessert. I tested all of my food with a Nima sensor and it came back gluten free. It was delicious as and I had no issues. Staff were not really knowledgeable but went back several times to check about ingredients with the chef. Most of the menu seems to be safe because it includes naturally gf foods like veggies, potatoes, steak/meats and all of the sauces are made from scratch.
