I saw all the reviews and wanted to give it a try. It was just ok, not a very clean or nice place to eat in. I think you could do better at another place.....

Excellent! They have a separate area for gf prep and they understand cross-contamination. Almost anything on the menu can be prepared GF. Staff is friendly and helpful. This is a place where we could relax and feel comfortable that our meal was gf. Highly recommend!

BEST GF SANDWICH EVER! These folks are welcoming and accommodating, they made my sandwich on a GF bun and everything was grilled on a separate grill. Such nice people and such great food! Can’t be beat. My husband who is not cursed with the celiacs loved his sandwich as well it was made on fresh baked bread and was so yummy! Highly recommend!

So pigeon forge was not my planned destination today when I left my house. But by The circuitous route I took I ended up here. And honestly this is the best little find of my recent travels. For $15 dollars I got a great sandwich on an Udis GF bun.

So about the deli. This is a family owned place. First the have separate surfaces and treat the meats for the ordered GF sandwiches by taking out a fresh and not cross contaminated from the back. One of the workers/owners has a peanut allergy and treats every GF order as if it was being made for him and his allergy.

The chicken salad was good.

The staff are knowledgeable and helpful. The sandwich is good as they have a GF bun. I had a turkey and swiss. I did not like the tomato and basil soup. The herbs were not cooked. They had a very raw, dry herb taste. I would go back.

Yum!! Read about this place on this app and so glad we went during vacay!! The guy owner was super helpful and knowledgeable about celiac. They took extra steps to accommodate me and it was GREAT! Most sandwiches can be made GF and sides include plain chips, coleslaw or tomato soup. All people in my party were thoroughly pleased with the food. The chicken salad was delicious and homemade. We just left and I can't wait to eat here again before we leave town. This is a must eat !!!

As soon as I mentioned the words “gluten free,” the owner personally asked if I had celiac disease, then, upon my affirmation, checked my order to make sure that everything I’d ordered was gluten free and assured me that all necessary measures would be taken to make sure I didn’t get sick. Needless to say, I was very impressed and didn’t get sick. Food was delicious too!

We were looking for a gluten free lunch option and were so glad we found the Pigeon Forge Deli. The gentleman behind the counter was above and beyond helpful in informing us about what was and wasn't gluten free and was very patient as I figured out what we needed. He even brought a bowl of water outside for our dog. The food was great, too! I've had the brand of gluten free bun they use elsewhere before, but somehow it tasted so much better with their sandwich fixings! The tomato soup was great, too. Their non-gluten free bread is actually made in house.

I enjoyed a fabulous sandwich at this restaurant today! Hot turkey and cheese on a warm, soft GF bun. You can watch the staff prepare your meal. They immediately changed gloves and utensils when I went in, and I had no belly trouble later! I would highly recommend! 4 star rating due to lack of size items. Try it out! You won't regret it! Look for alternate reviews on Trip Advisor.

Update - we’ve went several more times and it’s always delicious!! Never makes me sick!! Expensive, but worth it!

I got The Chub sandwich on a gluten free bun. it was very delicious! It was cooked in a separate oven as well. The business was a little hard to find as it is kind of tucked back in between buildings. I will visit again whenever I come back to the area.

This small place was great for our lunch yesterday on a day in Sevierville. I knew I was in good hands when the lady at the counter started explaining how they avoid cross contamination and asking about possibility of other allergies! My traveling companions loved their sandwiches and mine was delicious as well. There were lots of choices and they are knowledgable about Celiac disease. It is a small, simple place with inside and outside seating. We highly recommend and will return!

Staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Warned us that there were a few things that we couldn't have: meatballs, two soups and the gravy. Everything else was safe. GF sandwiches are prepped in a separate area and cooked on another grill. Bread is UDI's roll. Really delish sandwiches and soup. Would highly recommend!

we stopped in on vacation and loved it!!! My son has severe anaphylactic allergies to sunflower and honey. I am very gluten sensitive. They went out of their way to ensure we had safe food - including remaking a sandwich because the grill had previously had a honey butter sauce on it. The gluten free buns are amazing! They were way better than normal bread, let alone anything gluten free. Definitely give them a try- you won't be disappointed!!

I have Celiac and was very impressed. The man taking my order was very kind and asked if the gf request was for an allergy. They keep their gf buns in an individually sealed package to avoid cross contaminations (very impressive) and grill the buns on a separate grill from the other bread. All staff were very aware of cross contamination and made sure to keep my sandwich gluten free. I ordered a turkey and Swiss sandwich and it was great. I wouldn't have known the bun was gf, and overall a great experience!

Great service and knowledgeable about cross-contamination. The gf bread is not baked in house to ensure no cross contamination. The deli meat is gf and so are their chips. The sandwiches are huge and delicious.
