Amazing flavor!

We ordered via Uber eats - they had an option to note any food allergies. Based on other reviews, we ordered the Pho. It was superb and I didn’t get sick.

Hands down…the most delicious meal we had on Oahu! I rarely eat fried food for obvious cross contamination reasons, but the waitress said they don’t add gluten items to their fryer—foods are rice flour based. We started with fried Brussels Sprouts and oh.my.goodness! My son (also Celiac) had chicken wings, and I had the vegan pho. We were both blown away. The portions were very large, and I will try my hardest replicate their broth. My only regret was not eating here sooner.

I get pho here regularly without issue. I’ve gotten the vegan pho, pho 75, and pho ga and they’ve all been great. The pho is topped with fried shallots that they fry separately. Menu is not marked but the staff is knowledgeable.

Phenomenal food and service! When I asked about potential allergy in an alcoholic beverage the chef came out and talked with me about the gray area regarding distilled alcohol. He knew that even in the distillation there have been some studies that suggest remaining particles which to my knowledge, means he knows his stuff. (Btw whiskey has been safe for me but I am not celiac) the fried chicken was GF (amazing!) I had the pork chop which was delicious. Tremendous meal and service. I did not get sick although I did take one of those gluten aid digestion pills. But the service I received once I let them know my gluten intolerance made me believe they did everything they could to make it safe for me.

We could not get a reservation but were able to walk in. We gave our name to the host and she took our phone number so we were able to walk around while waiting. It took about 1 hour and then we were seated outside. We were surprised that we could order gf fried chicken wings (coated in coconut flour). There is a vegan pho option and two daily pho specials. My son ordered the beef pho which was gluten free and dairy free. We also had the steak which was delicious. This is some of the best Vietnamese food we've ever had, and we've tried a lot! My son thinks that he was sensitive to the fish sauce so will avoid the future.
