This place was no longer in business when we went by. Not sure if they have a food truck in the area though.

Delicious ribs! All meat/seasoning rubs/BBQ sauces are gfree. My daughter could eat any type of meat there. Staff was knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. Only reason I gave 4 instead of 5 stars is because many sides are not gfree. French fries aren't gfree bc they don't use a dedicated dryer. So we couldn't eat them. However, a great place. We'd go back just for the ribs and brisket!
