No allergy protocol. When I put my order through I added a note that said I had a gluten allergy and a request for them to change gloves. Then I watched as he read the note, rinsed the gloves he had on in the sink and proceeded to make my order without changing them. While ingredients have tongs, spoons, etc, to take them out separately, he still uses his hands to push down the ingredients in bowls. He also chopped my ingredients with the same knife and on the same counter as everything else. Frustrating because their food could easily be a wonderful GF option with a little more care!
