2022-04-14 New restaurant and I was his first celiac customer. The owner told me on the phone most of his food was gluten-free. But when I was on site and looked at the menu, I asked him a few questions and he fries his gf food in the same fryer where there is gluten. So I could not eat there. But he told me that he will buy a dedicated fryer tomorrow. So call before to ensure he has his dedicated fryer.
