Picked something that was clearly marked as Gluten free on the menu after discussing with the waitress that the gf burger buns are contaminated because they toast them on a shared surface. She agreed salmon was the safer choice because it was cooked in its own pan and was labeled gluten free. Then the plate came out with green beans absolutely soaked in soy sauce (they were just described as garlic green beans on the menu). Unfortunately I confirmed with the waitress that it was soy sauce and not gluten free. She was extremely sweet and comped the meal and was apologetic, but explained that their menu is “full of mistakes” and she “wasn’t sure why it was marked gluten free when it’s definitely not”. That coupled with a chef who clearly doesn’t understand allergens, I would never trust eating here again.
There is a gluten free bun available for extra charge, you can get a side salad instead of chips for you entree and gf is labeled on items on the menu. Server was very knowledgeable and also checked with the kitchen and they were able to make accommodations like if I wanted the tacos they could grill them instead on frying them as listed on the menu.
