Ordered a meal listed as GF, asked at counter to add coeliac to my order docket, explicitly asked if the chips were in a separate fryer, and was glutened horrendously and had to leave shortly afterwards to deal with the fallout. Really let down. The staff member on the phone (when calling a few days later to politely let them know that their kitchen has a problem and they may need to revisit their allergy training) was really good about it and apologised but my trust is now gone, which is a shame as it was quite a tasty meal.
