This fine dining, prix fixe, multi-course restaurants is one of the best in the DC area.
Apart for celiac issues, I just really like it and appreciate what the people there do. It is very expensive, but you get what you pay for.
Most of the courses are gluten free or can be made gluten free. Kitchen and wait staff are very aware to celiac and safety requirements, and were proactive to let me know each item was safe, as well as those served to my dining companion (so that I could try theirs too).
Reservations are required, and there is a field for any allergies or other food restrictions - I put celiac there so that they knew in advance and I could be sure they could accommodate beben during prep, etc.
