Not for Coeliacs. Waiter said I couldn’t eat there as someone with coeliac disease as their dishes are “gluten-friendly” not gluten free. I assume he meant there’s cross contamination but was not able to explain why/what their processes are. Possibly ok if you have a mild gluten intolerance. Staff could use more allergen training.

Diagnosed officially in Dec & desperate for Chinese food. Found this place during an afternoon in town, hesitant but decided to try. I mentioned Coeliac and was told the things on the menu (which you tick yourself & hand in) are marked OR I could have the GF menu which only lists gf. My white plate was changed for a red plate and a waiter, seeing this, took my dipping pot to get me gf soy sauce. I have to say, there isn't masses of choice but a particular mention for the chicken skewers in soy sauce - I could eat them all day!! There are 3 rice choices, no noodles, no items in batter but plenty of small dish snacky bits. Charge isn't extortionate, waiters quite knowledgeable.

I’ve eaten at Ping Pong branches across London, and have ordered takeaway deliveries from them several times. I’ve had no issues. They’re very good with the allergen menus, and with advising what is GF and nut free. The dumplings are delicious!

Although they offer a gluten free menu, the staff have no knowledge of allergens or how to cater for coeliacs. When ordering, I informed my server a number of times that I was coeliac and needed this to be fed back to the kitchen and my food to be kept separate. She dismissed this and said it would be fine, and added my items on to the rest of my party’s order. When my food came, it was indistinguishable from the rest, and the dumplings that I ordered came stacked in baskets with gluten-containing dumplings, which I then had to send back. These were replaced for me, but unfortunately this didn’t have much effect as I was very unwell the next day. Avoid if you are coeliac.
