Ping Pong St Katharine Docks

I had an excellent experience here. When I told them I was celiac they brought me a special menu (photo provided) explaining all items are tested to less than 20 ppm gluten and referencing the celiac standards. The dumplings were made with a type of rice like mochi, and were very good. I have never had gluten-free dumplings.

Not coeliac safe. Ping Pong use the same steamer and fryer to cook gluten free and gluten containing ingredients, which means the risk of cross contamination is high. This isn’t made clear on their menu online. And we didn’t find out until arrival, despite making clear on the reservation that there was a coeliac in the party. All coeliacs beware!
