Pingala Cafe & Eatery

The staff at Pingala on North Ave have always been super accommodating to my Celiac needs. It’ll occasionally take a bit longer to get my order, but it’s because they wait until they’re able to safely prepare my food without risk of cross contamination. I’m making my way through the menu and right now the Buddha Boy bowl (served gf as a bowl, originally a wrap) and the spring rolls are my favorite! I recently got a burger with a gf bun, and I won’t be ordering again. Paid extra for two slices of gf bread that fell apart. Other than that, everything has been delicious! Guy Fieri approved! I’ve heard their location in Winooski cannot accommodate strict gf requirements, so this review is for the North Ave, Burlington location only.
