2/9/24 - finally tried their food and it was delicious!! Very flavorful and healthy. Had a soup, salmon, shrimp, chicken satay, and steamed vegetables. Everything was organic and wild caught! We’re super sensitive and did not get sick. Going back for some curry soon.Highly recommend! It’s nice to have something healthy and gluten free in Carson.

I read the reviews and was excited to try this restaurant, so I looked at their menu online. That’s when I noticed the coconut rice pudding, which said one of the ingredients was “sprouted barley”. So I called and spoke to one of the owners. She did tell me that barley is in that dessert (as is oat milk which I don’t consume). So they do have the 1 item that is not gluten free. She also told me that they are not a dedicated facility as they have another business (that makes burgers) in their kitchen on Saturdays. Since I’m super sensitive to cross-contact, I am going to talk to the burger business to see if there are any possible issues before I decide to try the Thai restaurant. The owner of the Thai restaurant did tell me they eat gluten free themselves.

We spoke with the owners and were pleasantly surprised to hear everything on the menu is gluten free and organic! We ordered the Red Curry and Pad Thai and even had an option to add oat milk when ordering thai tea for my lactose intolerance. They also have homemade desserts like a pumpkin egg custard which I highly recommend! The food was delicious and we're looking forward to trying more of their dishes!

We met the owners and they are great. Everything is gluten free and organic and they were very knowledgeable of other allergies. We had the pad Thai and the red curry and both were delicious!

This a dedicated gluten-free kitchen. The best, cleanest, organic Thai food! They have a storefront in Carson City plus they sell their sauces in health food stores and farmers market. they just informed me that if business does not pick up they’ll be going to a catering business and farmers market only. PLEASE HELP KEEP THEM OPEN! If you have food allergies, you need to eat here!
