Sides besides Mac n cheese and all meats are gluten free. Cross contact is definitely a risk. They put the bread from sandwiches on the same board as the meat and use the same knives for everything. Delicious food but eat at your own risk for sure.

The employee cutting the meat changed his gloves and washed his hands upon request after he touched bread products, but cross contamination of the mac & cheese into the meats is a strong possibility. Found a noodle in the pulled pork. They promptly replaced it, but second portion also had a noodle! they claim the mac&cheese is right next to the foil they use to wrap the meat, so often it gets mixed in by accident.
Overall not impressed. There are better options in Houston.

Tbh I wasn't crazy about the ribs, (too sweet!) But the brisket was wonderful. Even after I told them I needed GF, at the very end by the register an open loaf of bread was hanging over the edge of my tray and touching my sides. My hubby spied this and asked them for new sides. Everyone changed gloves again, and we got whole new portions of everything. They were so gracious about it, I was so relieved 😍

The most delish smoked meat. All meats are gluten free and some sides including the cheesy jalapeño rice which was so good. Staff was great and even brought out a clean cutting board and utensils to cut my meat. Did not get sick and will definitely be going back.

Mouthwatering barbecue! All of the meats, sides, glazes, and sauces confirmed to be gluten-free. Just request no bread.
