Pinocchio’s is a small Italian restaurant with the most friendly staff. Gluten free items are marked on the menu and the staff is very knowledgeable about what is/can be made gluten free. Menu consists of sandwiches, which can all be made GF with cauliflower flatbread substitute, and GF pasta, with some of their sauces marked as GF. They do have a dessert menu but only gelato would be GF. I had the McClean sandwich on the cauliflower flatbread and it was delicious! I am not a sensitive celiac, but the waitress informed the staff it was an allergy so they took precautions.
