Exquisitely prepared food with lots of attention to detail. We went for lunch; they offer a sampler menu of several tapas. Everything was gluten free except the fried leeks used as a garnish on one item, which they left off. Pretty pricy, but delicious.

This place is amazing! I'm a celiac with intolerances to dairy, soy and canola, and they were able to easily accommodate me. The best meal I've had in a long time!

The waiters are very aware about contamination and they now all the ingredients. The food is delicious!!! Spanish tapas and nice wine. I am very sensitive to any amount of gluten and I felt fine the day after, meaning, no contamination! Be sure to state that you are allergic and it should be fine. They will help you choose the things to eat in the menu.
